1. Overview
This website is operated by DesignXlive (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide custom printed T-shirts and related merchandise services across India. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All services are subject to acceptance of these terms.
2. Business Model Understanding
DesignXlive operates as a made-to-order custom manufacturing service.
- All T-shirts are printed after order confirmation
- We do not maintain ready stock for most custom designs
- Production begins only after successful payment
3. Order Acceptance & Payment
- Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to: pricing errors, unavailability of materials, or technical limitations.
- In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Custom Design Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for uploaded designs, text, and artwork. We are not liable for spelling mistakes, low-resolution files, or incorrect design submissions. Printing is done exactly as submitted/approved by the customer.
5. Production Timeline
- 1–100 units: 24 hours to 1 working day
- 100–500 units: 3–4 working days
- 500–5000 units: up to 2 weeks
- Above 5000 units: depends on fabric availability and capacity
6. Shipping Policy
Standard delivery time is 3–7 days after dispatch. Shipping charges: 0–1 KG: ₹75, 1–3 KG: ₹150, 3–5 KG: ₹250. Bulk orders may use To-Pay freight collection.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacement
We offer a 7-day return window for manufacturing defects. Not eligible for customer design errors or used items.
8. Bulk Orders & Changes
